Close-Up Film Centre Ltd contracts are made and orders accepted only upon and subject to these terms and conditions of business. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights in any way.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing e-mail from us at the bottom of our e-mails.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a cookie internet file which would be stored on your browser. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Cancellation Policy
You can contact us at karin@closeupfilmcentre.com within 48 hours of placing your order to cancel the order with all money being returned minus the credit card charge within 30 days.

Retail Orders
Payment by credit card or Debit card is required in advance of dispatch.
Goods supplied by Close-Up Film Centre Ltd to customers remain the property of the company, until paid for in full by the customer.

Prices
Orders are subject to acceptance by the company and to availability of goods and will be invoiced at the prices at the time of purchase.

Delivery / Shipping
Orders placed will be dispatched within 28 days maximum, unless we have contacted you and agreed alternative terms. Usually orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of order as long as all goods are in stock, if something is out of stock we will notify you before the goods are dispatched.
We are not liable for damage incurred to goods in transit or for non-delivery.

Delivery Rates
Delivery charges are based on the customers locations and quantity of goods and are charged at the prices displayed at the time of checkout.

How will it be delivered?
All items are dispatched by First Class post within 24 hours after receipt of the order and are subject to availability.

Customs Information
When ordering goods from Close-Up Film Centre Ltd for delivery outside of the European Union, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Additionally, please note that when ordering from Close-Up Film Centre Ltd, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Claims
Claims can only be made through the Close-Up Film Centre Ltd customer service department by e-mail: karin@closeupfilmcentre.com. Any claims made before prior communication with the Close-Up Film Centre Ltd customer service department will not be considered.
