Synopsis
Bob and Jill Lawrence (
Peter Lorre and
Edna Best) take a break with their daughter Betty (
Nova Pilbeam) on a winter sports holiday. All goes well on the slopes until their old friend Louis Bernard (
Pierre Fresnay) is mysteriously shot dead on a dance floor. It becomes apparent that Louis lived a double life as in his final breath he reveals details of an assassination attempt which is due to take place in London very soon.
