Twentynine Palms

Twentynine Palms

Synopsis

A powerfully uncompromising film from Bruno Dumont, in which a photographer and his unemployed muse journey out to the Joshua Tree desert near the town of Twentynine Palms to look for locations for a shoot. They spend their time making love, arguing and making up. There is a shadow hanging over them though, and it is only a matter of time before they discover that danger is always present, even in the heart of nowhere.
