Synopsis
Joseph Cotton plays Sam Flusky, banished to Australia for murder, and Ingrid Bergman is his wife, Henrietta, the disturbed sister of the man Flusky was convicted of killing. The new governor's cousin Adare (Michael Wilding) is an old friend of Henrietta's, who tries to help her conquer her demons and return her life to normal. Is Henrietta insane, or is someone driving her mad? Is she alcoholic or is someone poisoning her?
