Synopsis
Cathy Tyson plays a woman who would bury her brother but his corpse is held in a mortuary pending a deferred outcome from an inquest. Relatives of people who have died in custody often accept a verdict they do not agree with in order to secure the return of the body for proper burial. To refuse means that the body can be held as evidence, sometimes for years.
