Curated by Max Hattler, Relentless Melt No. 38 presents a selection of new abstract and experimental animation films from Hong Kong. To mark the 20th anniversary of Close-Up, Andrew Vallance and Simon Payne invited 50 filmmakers who have previously shown work at the venue to create a short film about Close-Up.
