Synopsis
"Strong gusts of wind on water that we referred to in my childhood as ‘cat’s paws’. Out of frame lie a jetty and a wall that reflect the wind in unpredictable ways. Perhaps the film gains something from this digital incarnation as film grain and pixels interact with the ever‐changing surface of water." –
